The CEO also introduced the new interactive dot animation for i Quick Settingswhich will be divided into three levels: one level for the input image, one for real-time interaction and one for the final output.

The release of Nothing OS 3.0 is scheduled for September, one year after the Nothing OS 2.0 update. The update will be available for Nothing Phone (1), Nothing Phone (2) and Nothing Phone (2a). Additionally, the operating system will introduce a new native gallery and community app, built to improve the user experience.

While apologizing for the leak, Pei expressed great excitement about the new features being shown once again his tendency to share previews on social media with the community of enthusiasts, a practice already experimented in the past with OnePlus, a company of which he was the co-founder.

The launch coincides with the introduction of the Nothing Phone (2nd) Community Editionwhich will see hardware changes based on fan feedback, as well as crowd-designed wallpapers and packaging. The Nothing community will also contribute to the promotion of the productmarking an interesting example of direct collaboration between a technology company and its users.
