Nintendo has released a Japanese trailer that delivers an overview of Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD: excluding the language used, the video introduces the story and contents of the long-awaited remake, which will be available on Nintendo Switch starting from June 27th.

Called into question by Doctor Strambic, Luigi finds himself struggling with a haunted house and he must therefore resort to his trusty Poltergust 5000 again to cleanse this place of the ghosts that have invaded it, and which do not seem to have any intention of leaving.

The trailer includes a series of sequences that give a rather clear idea of the situations that we will find ourselves facing, characterized by a certain degree of variety thanks to the presence of different enemies, mechanisms in action, secrets to discover and so on, both alone and in a cooperative with friends.

Not long left!

As mentioned, Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD will be available starting from June 27th on Nintendo Switch, but before the game’s debut we will probably see the next Nintendo Direct, already announced by the Japanese company although without a specific date.

Most likely, June will be the last Direct focused on Nintendo Switch, given that the company will launch it in the following months will finally present its new console and will therefore have to start promoting it in view of the launch, expected during 2025.

The feeling is that Nintendo will play the remake and remaster card with greater conviction between now and the end of the year, precisely to more efficiently cover the period that separates us from the debut of Nintendo Switch 2.
