What does Iliad’s new official communication consist of?

Wanting to talk about Iliad, in the last few days, the company has been sending an official communication via text message to its users. However, it starts immediately by reassuring the customer. In the text message that arrives to those who are already customers of Iliad, it is immediately written that there will be no increases or hidden costs.
The new message is in fact useful to communicate that in line with the AGCOM resolution which is valid for all telephone operators, from July 1, 2024, greater space will be given to a whole series of information relating to documents contractual. In this regard, the SMS also indicates that any possible information can be obtained through the link m.iliad.it/info or, for those who care about their privacy, at m.iliad.it/privacy.
Iliad’s official communication is therefore not linked to issues related to costs or the services offered. More than anything, it is an adaptation of the contractual information desired for all operators and which, therefore, is certainly an advantage for users. All of this, as already written in the message, will only happen starting from the month of July. Which is why you have plenty of time to gather information relating to possible variations and act accordingly.
