The Zontes ZT 703F is a crossover that debuts the 700 cc three-cylinder engine, shown in an almost definitive guise at Eicma 2023, is preparing to be launched on the Chinese market, with an “impossible” price for our markets: 5,600 EUR.

Lto Zontes ZT 703F, is a crossover that we were able to admire a few months ago at Eicma, characterized by a 700 cc three-cylinder engine, shared with a road sports car called ZT 703 RR, which we will probably see in the coming months. The debut in the “medium/high” sector of the market was made with all the necessary respects, attractive priceat least for the Chinese market, new engine and with interesting characteristics, pcomplete electronic package and chassis to match.
The 699 cc three-cylinder that equips it delivers 71.5 kW (97 HP) at 10,000 rpm, and develops a torque of 76 Nm at 7500 rpm while the declared consumption is 5 liters per 100 km, which with a 22 liter tank guarantees a range of over 400 km.
The double cradle frame was made of aluminum, and weighs just 11 kgas well as the rear subframe, made of the same material, scores alone 3.8. The motorbike reaches a declared empty weight of 228kg.
The screen 6.75″ color TFT interfaceable with the smartphone, it also allows the tire pressure monitoring, while the presence of the rear radar allows blind spot control. USB sockets, Smart Key, front cameranothing is really missing in the standard equipment of this Zontes.
Marzocchi supplies both the fork and the shock absorber, while J.Juan takes care of the braking system with radial mount brake pads and 310 mm discs.
THEThe fact that it was presented at Eicma makes us think that it is expected to be sold on European markets, most likely at a figure higher than the 5,600 Euros requested on the Chinese market, which in any case would remain competitive above all by virtue of the standard equipment and of the technical characteristics.
