The developers at ShakmobGames kicked off today recordings for playtests Of Exoborne, the free-to-play post-apocalyptic extraction shooter coming to PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles. For the occasion, the minimum PC requirements were also revealed.
The announcement came via a post on X by the developers, where they explained that player feedback will be crucial to completing the development of the game, inviting players to sign up for playtests on the official Exoborne website, at this address.
Participating takes just a few minutes: just enter your country, date of birth and a valid email address, through which you will receive your invitation to the playtests if you are selected. For the moment, no details on the test dates have been shared.
Minimum system requirements
Furthermore, thanks to the playtest FAQ the minimum system requirements on PC of Exoborne which we have reported below. They are quite demanding, given that an RTX 2070 is required, but the developers rightly point out that the game is still in development and that consequently the requirements could change over time.

- CPU: Intel Core i5-9500 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2070 (8GB) or AMD RX 6700XT (12GB)

This gave the developers the opportunity to create a large open world where factions of players and enemies will battle in the midst of tornadoes, lightning storms and other extreme environmental phenomena that will dynamically change the clashes.
