After having interrogated the AI to imagine the appearance of the PS5 PRO, we once again use our customized model of generative Artificial Intelligence to answer a question that circulates with increasing frequency on the social networks and forums most frequented by the community: what PlayStation will be like 6?
Thanks to the increasingly advanced AI tools, and the search for the perfect terms to submit to the most advanced generative models, we have tried to peek into the folds of the work that the Japanese technological giant is carrying out in great secrecy to give shape, precisely, to new generation of PlayStation consoles.
With the help of specific prompts and software for upscaling and graphic processing, the AI has generated dozens of images that allow us to hypothesize the appearance and form factor of the PS6: in the gallery found at the bottom of the news you can admire the most interesting shots that we managed to take, but not before skimming them of graphic inconsistencies and typical artefacts images created by Artificial Intelligence such as illegible texts, excessive logos on the body or controllers with an unnatural button layout.
In some cases, it almost seems that the AI enjoys participating in the memes on the design of PlayStation 5 that accompanied the announcement of the current generation Sony console: several images recreated by our Artificial Intelligence model hypothesize a PS6 form factor really unusualwith a design that is more reminiscent of printers, scanners, set topboxes or other consumer electronic devices than a video game platform as such.
Net of the inconsistencies and graphic artefacts that every image generated by AI has in common (which as such, it is worth underlining, they don’t show real products), several shots show some hypothetical versions of PS6 with a rather credible designboth in the proportions of the console compared to the controllers and in the details of a form factor which, in many cases, includes grilles for the ventilation system, the disc tray, the status LEDs and further aesthetic details.
