Rimuru and his companions will come to keep us company in the height of summer

It is certainly one of the most popular isekai series in the anime/manga scene That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slimeoriginally born as a light novel from the writer’s pen Melted and subsequently transformed into a successful TV series which currently has three seasons, the last of which is currently underway. From a gaming point of view, however, the series has not had many exponents outside of less successful mobile gacha titles, but Luckily, it looks like that’s about to change thanks to the announcement of a brand new title by Bandai Namco coming this summer
Titled That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime ISEKAI Chronicles the game will put us in the shoes of the adorable slime Rimuru Tempest retracing its history from the beginning to the most advanced developments of the foundation of the nation of Jura Tempestproposing at the same time two new story arcs written by Fuse himselfthat is, that of Goblin’s Revenge and that of Religious Nation, thus also introducing new characters created for the occasion; from a gameplay point of view the title will be presented as a 2D action RPG in which to make a clean sweep of the hordes of monsters that will threaten our village, not only but often bringing our companions with us we will be able to learn their techniquesonce we return to the village we will have to spend the materials collected to upgrade the various structures and at the same time solve the various problems of the citizens.
The title will be released next August 8 only digitally for all consoles
