Descriptive text here

“Baldur’s Gate III” it was undoubtedly one of the most discussed and awarded games of the last year (especially for its freedom in terms of narrative and gameplay). Thanks to it, the software house called “Larian Studios” is finished in Olympus, becoming in all respects one of the most ethically valid and original companies of recent years, especially thanks to Swen Vincke (the CEO of the company). The combination of these elements has decreed the success of the aforementioned game, with many fans around the world who have dedicated various works or projects to celebrate it: among them there is one that literally created a controller based “on the Mysterious Artifact”.

A bold creation

He was the one who made it happen “Rudeism”already known to most for creating extravagant controllers of which one made with Dittos (yes, you understood correctly, the well-known Pokémon used to farm eggs since time immemorial). Consequently, it should not be surprising that he has launched himself into a new challenge that is both absurd and extremely original long as he has yet to complete it and it took several hours to get to the current result.

Be that as it may, the aforementioned controller it has the shape, more or less, of an icosahedron and on each face there are the typical runes of the Mysterious Artifact, which in reality they are real buttons, with which to give input for commands: a 3D printer was used to make them and it took 3 hours for each of them.

Each of these “runic” buttons is connected to a whole series of mechanical switches located in an orange shell, where inside there is a motherboard, which connects to a whole host of parts and processors such as an ESP development board and an IO expander. Furthermore, it also comes with its battery. If you think about it, it’s all absurd, given that basically the controller isn’t that big and it’s a real miracle engineering (in a sense).

However, this “icosahedral” controller is far from 100% complete, as Rudeism itself has said that it will still take some time for the refinement of some of its elements, especially as regards the buttons (the most important parts of a controller, undoubtedly).
