This defeat is a very strong lesson for the whole team and we are ready to make the most of it to grow and improve together”.

Gigio’s promise is loud and clear, the 2026 American World Cup is closer than you think and it must not be missed. It would be the third in a rowan irreparable shame: “We are proud and privileged to wear this shirt and we will always respect what it represents: our history, our culture and all of you who support us in every match. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your tireless support. We look forward to repaying your trust and affection with performances worthy of the greatness of this National team. Equally disappointed too Gianluigi Buffonhe who lifted the World Cup in Berlin, feeling the opposite sensation to that of the Italians at this moment: “We were unable to take off as we expected and hoped. World Cup? It’s the minimum wagethat’s the goal. It’s clear that we need to take steps forward, convincing steps, not go in fits and starts. Does this national team lack talent? I don’t think so.”
