Milan, what do you think of Fonseca’s choice?
“As a choice, it’s considered, different. I don’t know if it’s the right choice. It’s easy to say that we could have gone to another profile. I’m not convinced of what the current management is doing, given how Pioli was liquidated. I would have I expected a different attitude with him. It’s a soft choice, he’s not a revolutionary. He might be good, or he might not spark enthusiasm, as he seems to be. But he’s a good coach.”
There is skepticism from the fans. Was perhaps a profile like Conte or Sarri better?
“I think that if they had chosen Sarri the five days in Milan would have started again. He is a character who goes well with other characteristics.”
And what do you say about Ibra’s words?
“Ibrahimovic’s interview seems more false to me than a one and a half euro coin. He told us things that are not from Ibra but from a businessman. I don’t count the times I spoke with him, I’ve known him since the days of Juventus and knowing him he doesn’t think many things but they are the words of a company manager, who is okay with it.”
