The Libertas Cantù shirts wink at the 80s

It is a leap back in time that Pool Libertas Cantù proposes for the style of the shirts designed for the 2024-2025 season. The uniforms designed by designer Giovanni Indorato, in fact, wink at the 80s in terms of lines and designs, without losing sight of the company colors and ties with the city.

In fact, while Libertas was born in Cantù in 1982, in Milan and around the world a movement was developing that was destined to become iconic and distinctive, which saw Memphis Design as one of the most daring experiments with the use of bright colours, geometric shapes and a skilful recovery of kitsch.

«For any fan even just of shirts and uniforms – says Indorato – the Memphis experience from which I freely drew inspiration is to be considered an important stage in the process of internationalization of “postmodern”, having given rise to an entire generation of styles and designs that remained unchanged even in the following decades”.

Four uniforms designed, four colors chosen for each team and free to score the next A2 men’s volleyball series.

The two-tone green will remain for the home uniform, while the away tradition will be completely changed, switching to an impactful white and red, always with green references to the club colours. The liberos will have a more linear and geometric design in blue and white at the PalaFrancescucci and a new neon-black away.

The new uniforms, presented again this year as in recent seasons without the final sponsors, will subsequently be subject to the possibility of booking and purchase through the company’s official channels.
