After two years spent in Rovigo and a championship won, Edoardo Ferraro returns again to wear the shirt that saw him as a protagonist in the past for 8 seasons

Edoardo Ferraro is a hooker born in Bassano del Grappa on 9 May 1996. With Mogliano he played 8 championships in the top Italian rugby league, before moving to Rovigo where he remained for two seasons, winning his first Scudetto in 2022/23 . In his international career he played in the 2015 World Cup with the Italian Under 20 national team. “Edoardo Ferraro is a quality player who spent many years in Mogliano, with him in the team I also began my experience in this club and I have excellent memories of him says assistant coach Salvatore Costanzo. He chose to aim to win something by changing clubs and going to Rovigo, as is normal. He now returns to us, he comes from an injury but we will wait for him anxiously because he is a player who will prove to be very important for our objectives.” These are Edoardo Ferraro’s statements: “I am very happy with the opportunity given to me by Mogliano to return to play with them. A really special thank you because they took me in a bad personal moment, I’m injured and for a while I won’t be able to contribute 100% to the good of the team. I’m sure that as soon as possible I will do everything to repay the club and my teammates for their trust and patience. I’m returning after 2 years of experience in Rovigo, and I can’t wait to wear the Mogliano shirt which was my second family for the previous 8 years.”
