Sky Sports takes stock of the situation on Joshua Zirkzee (23 years old), Dutch center forward for Bologna who is Milan’s first target to strengthen their offensive department in the upcoming summer transfer market. The exit of the number nine born in 2001 involves the payment of the clause, set at 40 million euros until July and exercisable by all clubs, not just Bayern Munich which sold him.

Zirkzee himself, when the aforementioned clause is activated, will be the one who will pay the necessary amount to Bologna to free himself from the current contract. The problem, however, is always in the high request from the Zirkzee entourage on the commission side: it reaches around 15 million euros, with the motivation given by the agents which rests on the value of the lower clause compared to the real one.

Since there is no intention on the part of Milan to pay these figures for commissions alone, the Rossoneri management also keeps alternative paths open. According to the satellite broadcaster, in particular, at Diavolo they are looking at Artem Dovbyk of Girona and Armando Broja of Chelsea as plan Bs with respect to the main idea which leads to Zirkzee instead.
