The time has come for Ebenezer Akinsanmiro to take flight: the Nigerian midfielder, born in 2004, after a season as an absolute protagonist with Inter Primavera is ready to compete with professionalism for the first time. An inevitable step earned through performance (as well as an age factor): first-rate technical and physical qualities, strength and tactical intelligence. Akinsanmiro is without a shadow of a doubt one of the brightest jewels of the Nerazzurri academy, and many in Viale della Liberazione are predicting a great future for him.

Arriving in Milan at the beginning of 2023 after showing off at the Viareggio Tournament with Alex Transfiguration (a Nigerian selection), Akinsanmiro quickly earned a starting shirt, even being called up to the First Team, but without making his debut . But it is in this season that the talented born in 2004 has definitively exploded: scoring already on the first day of the Primavera championship, Akinsanmiro has collected 28 appearances in total (it would have been more if he had been able to play in the Youth League…), of which well 25 as a starter, embellished with 6 goals, and establishing himself as an essential element for Cristian Chivu. A top-level performance, which also earned him the joy of his debut in Serie A on 25 February, during the 0-4 victory on the Lecce pitch.
The plan for the future

According to what was ascertained by Fcinter1908, in the coming weeks the Inter management will meet Akinsanmiro’s representatives to plan the future of the promising Nigerian. The idea is to loan him out, maintaining control of his card, so as to give him experience in “big” football and calmly evaluate his improvements at the end of the season. On this occasion, we could also discuss a possible extension of the current contract, which expires on 30 June 2026. There is certainly no shortage of offers for the talented player born in 2004: several Serie A clubs have already knocked on the doors of Viale della Liberazione , and there is no shortage of hypotheses abroad either. Inter and Akinsanmiro will soon choose the best option.
