Monday 20 May at 10.30am will be held at CSMT Innovative Contamination Hub in Via Branze 45 in Brescia the second of a series of meetings “Breaking the mould: towards inclusion and sustainability, beyond labels”.

Organized by GENERALLY in synergy with CSMTthis second meeting entitled “Fair-play and teamwork: lessons from sport for diversity and inclusion in organizations”will explore how principles of fair play and strategies of competition and cooperation can inspire a more inclusive working environment.

The speakers, moderated by Alice Palumbo, CEO of IN-GENERE, will be:
– Matteo Bruno, agonist coordinator at Timing Vavassori
– Francesco Frassine, Judo Forza e Costanza coach and Saef trainer
– Federica Cominelli, work and organizational psychologist specializing in sport psychology at Sport Mindset Agency
– Giovanni Benedini, head coach of ASD Pallavolo Montirone and head of the Saef training area
– Massimiliano Laube, Sports Director of Centurioni Rugby and head of the federal under-18 rugby development hub

IN-GENERE, in collaboration with CSMT Innovative Contamination Hub, announces the second appointment of the 2024 series of meetings dedicated to equity, diversity and inclusion. The event, entitled “Fair-play and teamwork: lessons from sport for diversity and inclusion in organizations”will be held on May 20, 2024, from 10:30 to 12:30, at the CSMT Innovative Contamination Hub headquarters in via Branze, with a small networking reception.

This meeting explores how the principles of fair play and strategies of competition and cooperation can inspire a more inclusive working environment. The team’s approach builds on lessons learned from tennis, judo, volleyball and rugby, offering a path to overcome diversity and inclusion challenges in organizations.

The experts who will participate are:

– Matteo Bruno, agonist coordinator at Timing Vavassori

– Francesco Frassine, Judo Forza e Costanza coach and Saef trainer

-Federica Cominelli, work and organizational psychologist specializing in sport psychology at Sport Mindset Agency
