The first success of 2024 of Team Rime Drali bears the signature of Andrea Debiasi and arrives at the conclusion of the 140 kilometers of the Monte Urano Trophy which took place today in the Marche region. The 22-year-old athlete from Trentino beat Nicolò Garibbo of Team Technipes inEmiliaRomagna and Simone Carrò of Mg.K Vis Colors for Peace.
Debiasi, who has already placed several times in this first part of the season, let out a liberating and joyful scream at the final finish line. The same joy that all his teammates, managers and technicians of Team Rime Drali feel. The technician is the first to express all the happiness Daniele Calosso who shortly after the award ceremony declared: «I am happy and proud of what we achieved today, for Andrea and for the whole team. Ever since I spoke to Andrea for the first time on 20 September last year (the manager’s birthday, ed.) I perceived his value. He is a solid athlete, always on track, ready to work hard to achieve the goals he sets himself and has a great vision of running. He is the athlete that all the directors would like in the team.”

These are the words of the winner: «There are many emotions, it is not easy to describe them. I’ve been missing victory for five years, I came close several times and today it finally arrived. I have to thank my teammates, technicians and all the staff of Team Rime Drali, here I found a second family. A good feeling was created immediately, during the winter we worked well and with everyone’s help the results are now starting to arrive. I hope to find continuity of performance and achieve other goals. There is no shortage of goals for the future, I want to continue on this path and work to achieve them.”
