“Chievo is back!”. “Chievo is back!”. What does it mean? We have to start from the beginning. There’s a Chievo of miracles, what for about twenty years has become a sporting reality A league even at very high levels. The failure and now the recovery
Of the history of Chievo, which starts from a neighborhood of Verona to become a true rival ofHellas, just look at Wikipedia. But what happened with the failure? Pellissier himself took the field (metaphor: he had just stopped playing). The former Aosta Valley striker decides to found the Clivense, to start again from the amateurs, selecting a team that had seen candidates 500 players between amateurs and semi-professionals. The coach? Another Chievo flag which was: Richard Allegretti. Within a year, the promotion arrives D Series: registration also takes place thanks to a fundraiser which takes you further 700 thousand EUR. From here another chase begins, the one to take back history.
So, month after month, Pellissier works to find gods financiers who can help him present an offer for the brand name Chievo: the base is of 100 thousand euros, but the competition is there. And it is represented by Campedelli, who began collaborating with the Vigasio (another team from Verona) where, just to stay on romantic themes, a certain guy ended up playing a few years ago Pablo Granoche.
Thus we arrive at two proposals: one from Clivense, the other from Vigasio. He was the winner Pellissierwho submitted an offer from 330 thousand euros. After making history as a player, he will become a full-fledged player president of the new Chievo. The goal now is to climb as high as possible. Calmly and patiently. And maybe even a little bit of fortune. Like that old fairy tale.
