Day and night activities reopen in the Sistiana Bay (Duino-Aurisina, Trieste). Except for cases of force majeure due to the climatic situation, Friday 10 May the bathing season begins, with the opening of the beaches and services of Caravella Park.
The Caravella Park, whose beach has been totally cleaned and restored by the property after the extensive damage suffered due to storm surges, offers the traditional and well-kept offer, which over the years has seen continuous improvements and innovations: Family Beach (suitable for families with children ), Bau Beach (with a shaded and fenced area dedicated to dogs), Falesie Beach (for those seeking tranquility) and Central Beach (with kiosk bar, refreshment point and free play area for the little ones and with sports equipment also for larger, such as trampolines and ping pong tables). New for the 2024 season, the construction of the hot shower system and two beach volleyball courts. Last year’s rates for access to all beaches, services and the large car park are confirmed.
Saturday 18 May it will be the turn of the Caravella restaurant-pizzeria and, in the evening (in any weather condition), the long-awaited opening of the BASICthe historic nightclub a few steps from the sea, totally renovated last year and embellished for the new season with a new lighting system and the setting up of the famous “rotonda sul mare” to organize aperitifs with musical entertainment and more.
