Ezpeleta: “Racing in Assen continues to be special”

“We are incredibly satisfied with this contract renewal – he has declared Arjan Bospresident of the Assen circuit -, especially now that MotoGP is developing so strongly.” Very satisfied too Carmelo EzpeletaCEO of Dorna Sports: “We are very happy to announce the long-term presence of Assen on the calendar. Assen was part of our first season in 1949 and no other place has always been part of our calendar for all these 75 years of competition that we celebrate in 2024. A unique fact, but we don’t return to Assen just for the history or the statistics. Racing at Assen continues to be something special and only gets better. It’s a fantastic, modern place that continues to give us incredible races and iconic moments and there’s no better combination than the most exciting sport in the world in action in one of its best settings,” he told the official MotoGP channels.
