After winning the Scudetto as a protagonist, Sommer could leave Inter, Marotta wants to focus on the goalkeeper of the Italian national team

Provedel competing for Inter’s goal in case of Sommer’s departure
For the future of the goal Sommer is not certain of his permanence, after a season as a protagonist in which he showed a certain reliability between the posts, without ducks of any kind. The Swiss goalkeeper would in this case be replaced by Ivan Provedel.
As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Lazio have made a precise decision on the future of their goalkeeper, who has just adjusted his salary and has a contract expiring in 2027. For Lotito and Fabiani, the goalkeeper is not untransferable but to give the go-ahead free at the start, an offer of around 30 million euros will be needed, which could be amortized with some technical counterpart.
Inter’s goal and Sommer’s difficult confirmation
After the departure of Onana last summer, for a good 50 million in Manchester, United side, Inter found Sommer as a worthy replacement, who arrived in the last days of the transfer market once the contract that tied him to Bayern Munich was terminated.
If the player were to decide to try an experience elsewhere, Inter will run for cover although the management hopes he can stay for at least another year.
