Volleyball A1/F: Lorenzo Pintus is the new coach of Cuneo Granda Volley

Cuneo Granda Volley has defined the hiring of the new coach for the next A1 season: he will be Lorenzo Pintus. The company itself announced this in a note released this morning, Tuesday 30 April.

“Pintus showed great talent at the helm of Casalmaggiore when he was appointed first coach last season – say the co-presidents Bianco and Manini – now she can affirm her professional growth path with our team in the top women’s volleyball championship”.

These are the coach’s first words: “I am very happy to have arrived in Cuneo and to have the opportunity to create a sporting growth project together; It is fortunate for the city which has a great volleyball history to be able to count on a management that has the strength and desire to keep this history and passion alive. My professional life always binds me to clubs in the long term to have time to build and leave something concrete, arriving at Cuneo Granda Volley at this moment means being able to participate in the process of a new construction. Remaining in A1 was a gift for the city and its fans, therefore I ask the entire environment, staff, city and above all the fans to face this new season with great enthusiasm, to build together a strong mentality that guides us through the moments difficult and to all be involved and proud of something great in the future”.
