Richard Carapaz he blows the bank into the fourth stage of the Tour of Romandiethe Saillon – Leysin of 151.7 km: the Ecuadorian of EF Education Easypost placed his attack three kilometers from the end, breaking away Carlos Rodriguez (Ineos Grenadiers) e Florian Lipowitz of Bora Hansgrohe.
