Marc Marquez gets excited and returns to the first spot on the grid for the first time in a long time. A pole position with a subsequent ‘circus act’, a save that annoys him a bit, but it counts for an amazing qualifying that makes the home crowd rejoice, as well as provoking an evident reaction of satisfaction from the Gresini Ducati standard bearer himself.

MotoGP Q1: a Ducati and a KTM
Another round on a wet track, but no less intense battle to gain the two positions needed to access the next round. Lots of changes in the rankings, with Zarco also trying for a long time to place his Honda at the top. The same goes for Oliveira and his Aprilia, entering what immediately appeared to be a head-to-head between three KTMs and Franco Morbidelli. In the end, the latter ends up in the lead, followed by Brad Binder, thus making up the duo that goes to the second qualifying round.
Q2:
We have the list of 12 riders, the fight for pole position in Jerez begins. Binder and the two Aprilias are in action with double medium rain, for everyone else the choice is medium-soft. Marc Marquez doesn’t waste too much time and takes the lead, but Binder arrives shortly after for the provisional pole. I change tires (only Morbidelli, Bastianini and the Aprilias have the soft rear) and the assault begins for first place, especially for Pedro Acosta,
