Martha Anthouli it is the sixth confirmation in the house Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri ’76 for the next sporting year. With the departure of captain Kaja Grobelna, the Greek hammer, 20 years old in August, is therefore the first fixed point in the opposite department. For her it will be the second season in blue and white.
«My first season with Chieri was fantastic, everyone really helped me settle into both the league and the country, I created wonderful memories and had great experiences – the words of Martha Anthouli – Chieri provided me with pretty much everything I needed and what I will need this year, I’m really lucky and happy with everything. The level of the team, my teammates are fantastic and everyone in the club is helpful and treats us like family. I just want to keep working and improving to hopefully reach my maximum performance and give my all for the club».
Compared to the summer that awaits her before returning to wearing the blue and white, Martha Anthouli adds that «ORI never rested. I started with weightlifting sessions and maybe I’ll try to do some beach volleyball until July, when I’ll start qualifying for the European Championship with the national team. In the meantime I will also take some holidays and spend a lot of quality time with my family».
