The atmosphere is heating up while waiting for the Spanish GPappointment number four of 2024 Moto3 World Championship taking place this weekend on the always fascinating Jerez de La Frontera circuit. A tough race as always in the lightest class, marked by the challenge between David Alonso and Daniel Holgado.
The pilots at the moment they are in fact tied in the general classification after three weekends. The Spaniard riding the Red Bull KTM leads with 65 points, just two points behind his direct rival of the GASGAS Aspar Team, second at 63 after the brilliant victory obtained at the Austin GP.
During last season the Colombian demonstrated good confidence with the track, crossing the finish line second behind Ivan Ortolà and ahead of Juame Masià. Holgado instead had to settle for the fifth coin. But things went worse in 2022, when he even finished ninth.
