Thursday 25 April will be held in changing roomat the Cus facilities, a new edition of Territories Trophythe tournament dedicated to young athletes from the Marche region, who will compete between representatives of the five provinces: Ancona, Ascoli Piceno and Fermo as a single team, Macerata and Pesaro.

The Trofeo dei Territori races will begin in the morning at 9.30 am and will end at 5 pm; at the end of the tournament the winning teams will then be rewarded two categoriesmasculine and feminine.

As for the representative of Maceratathe territorial qualification center has issued the men’s and women’s squads: there is one among the girls Caterina Staraceyoung central defender of the under 14 team Volleyball Macerata; while spikers were selected among the boys Thomas Marcone And Davide Trucchia and the setter Edoardo Milani.

The three young athletes are teammates in the under 15s, a group strengthened this year thanks to the common commitment of the Volleyball Macerata and of Futura Volley Tolentino: Tommaso Marcone and Edoardo Milani are in fact members of the Volley Academy, the youth sector of Pallavolo Macerata, while Davide Trucchia is on loan from Futura Volley Tolentino.

For all those called up, Thursday’s will be an important experience, both from a technical point of view and in terms of growth as athletes. It is also a confirmation of the good work done by the technicians who follow the youth teams – coaches Lara Morresi and the second coach Alessandro Capparucci for the under 14 girls, coach Alessandro Trucchia and the second coach Noemi Colaianni for the under 15s, with the support of Michele Caldarola coach of the First Division – and the success of the union between Pallavolo Macerata and Futura Volley Tolentino.
