But the complaint presented against the regular registration of the Nerazzurri team in the current championship, which saw Inzaghi’s team win its 20th scudetto just last Monday (and there is no shortage of controversy about this too), would have been welcomed by Covisoc.
The statement from the Jdentità Bianconera Foundation
The news emerged at the beginning of April when the Jdentità Bianconera Foundation issued a statement in which it revealed that it had sent to Competent Public Prosecutor’s Offices, the Federal Prosecutor’s Office of the FIGC, and Covisoc a complaint in which he raised doubts regarding the minimum requirements for participation in the championship that Simone Inzaghi’s team won with the victory in last Monday’s derby.
Covisoc receives the appeal
The first step has been taken, at least according to what is underlined by the editorial team of BianconeraNews.it which reveals that Covisoc has decided to receive the complaint and that the Supervisory Commission will take some of the elements proposed by the Jdentità Bianconera Foundation.
The “doubtful” elements in Inter’s registration
According to the press release issued last April 5th by the Jdentità Bianconera Foundation in particular, “business continuity” would be in the sights. The statement reads: “Business continuity must be understood as the company’s ability to last over time or also as the ability to cope with and therefore honor the financial commitments of the future. According to the documentation we collected after in-depth research in the appropriate locations, the FC Internazionale football club did not comply with the minimum requirements necessary to be able to regularly register for the Serie A championship. Business continuity would be guaranteed by a patronage letter from Gran Tower S.à.rl The documents in our possession highlight that Gran Tower S.à.rl has never presented a financial statement: this raises strong doubts about the company’s actual ability to provide adequate financial coverage and FC Inter”.
The doubts of Juventus fans
Despite the “receipt” of the complaint by Covisoc, i Juventus fans they seem to have many doubts about what could actually result: “It is very serious that Covisosc – writes Vanni – To carry out investigations, a foundation needs to issue a complaint”. It’s still: “We will investigate and in 4 or 5 years they will respond on the merits. But obviously everything will already be prescribed”. There are many who think the same way: “These are just general statements”; “They must answer on the merits as must the two prosecutors. They must respond by arguing.
