It is not acceptable that there are families, with elderly people and children, who have to live with rooms completely covered in mold due to continuous infiltrations ; mold which is certainly not good for your health. The property in Via degli Accolti appears like an abandoned building, as if the Municipality of Arezzo did not care about anything. Already in 2020, due to bad weather, the Fire Brigade intervened to remove parts. of the façade which was falling. To date, no one has repaired what the police promptly removed. After various promises from the administration, the inhabitants have not seen any extraordinary maintenance carried out nor by the manager, who has done so several times. reported the lack of resources at its disposal, nor by the Municipality. But we ask ourselves: why does the Municipality of Arezzo, owner of the property, not intervene with the resources it has at its disposal? The administrative incompetence of the Municipality of Arezzo was demonstrated through its councilor by failing to carry out any intervention with the 110% Superbonus, after having advertised in the newspapers that interventions worth 12 million euros would be carried out. Other public residential buildings such as Via Benvenuti, Via Funghini, Piazza Andromeda also need major interventions but evidently the Ghinelli Administration prefers to squander citizens’ money in another way, as if the lives of the families who live in these buildings are not be a priority.”
