Over 200 children protagonists in the Alto Garda Rugby event: “A day of sport and friendship”

RIVA DEL GARDA. A day of sport and friendship, over 200 children protagonists of match day organized by Rugby Alto Garda.

The event was held on Sunday 21 April at Rione Degasperi sports field. A program of competitions for youth categories Under 6, Under 8, Under 10 And Under 12 with the teams of West Verona Rugby Union based in Sona, Merano Rugby and Rugby Alto Garda.

A day that ended with the “Silver cup” between the first team of the Alto Garda club and “The Tribe” of the Mogliano Rugby.

“An exciting match, full of action and twists, a spectacle that only rugby can provide”, comments the club. “As usual the day ended with ‘third time‘, a magical moment that is traditionally part of this sport, with a plate of pasta, a sandwich with salted meat, with everyone in company celebrating, players and spectators.”

Many people attended the event, almost 1,500 spectatorsfrom children to adults, who treated themselves to a Sunday of sport and fun under the direction of Rugby Alto Garda.
