We are creating a natural pump track in Sasso Marconi inside the “Rio Verde” farmhouse. The track allows you to improve your technique with mountain bike or BMX but also to have fun and take on mini challenges to set your best time or even the track record! Thanks to your contribution we will be able to create a system that can also be used in the evening hours. Help us light up the trail!
Only with your help will we be able to create the system which will consist of 8 lights for lighting the track and several spotlights for signaling the route from the farm car park to the track.
An innovative and sustainable pump track:
The genesis and realization of the track project were born thanks to a completely natural innovative construction technique: through laser-cut cardboard shapes we created a track with perfect dimensions, in a short time and with low costs compared to traditional techniques.
Our school:
“MTB School America sports” was born in Rio Verde in 2019 with the aim of creating a youth sports reality in the Sasso Marconi area. The area of the school camp dedicated to MTB allows our children to carry out specific exercises and activities in safety, away from traffic and road dangers.
We started with just over 10 members and today the school has around sixty members including children and teenagers aged between 5 and 17. The continuous growth of young participants has pushed us to evaluate investments to increasingly improve the quality of the work and training we offer.
Values and mission:
As a youth sports team we have group educational objectives and important rules of correctness that we pass on to the children: rules based on mutual respect, respect for nature and the values of the group. The fundamental aspect for us is to give everyone the time necessary to grow and improve their coordination skills in a playful and playful way. At the same time we provide technical indications that make the young athlete more aware in view of excursions on the external paths. For us, mutual help is essential to team up on every occasion, starting from a climb or a demanding technical route up to a competitive competition.
Where we are?
We are located at Sasso Marconi (BO) inside the farmhouse Rio Verde, in via Mongardino n°8. An area immersed in nature among woods and centuries-old plants in an environment that transmits tranquility and lots of positive energy. A magical place where you will find the doors open for anyone who wants to practice a sport in nature, but also a point of reference for excursions and cycle-tourism activities by bicycle. Furthermore, you can enjoy typical products and handmade pasta like in the past, combining good food with the effort of sport and a good dose of relaxation!
