The casting of Aurelio De Laurentiis continues for the choice of the next Napoli coach. An old ball from the blue patron appears on the list.
In home Naples all we can do is wait for the end of this disastrous season, which hopefully will end in the best possible way, even if today this seems difficult. In the shadow of Vesuvius, planning has already begun for next season, in which there will be a total change in every part of the club, both on the management and sporting side.
The choice of the next coach will be important, with Conte remaining at the top of De Laurentiis’s list of favourites. In the last few hours, an old obsession of the Italian president for the Napoli bench has come back into vogue.
New Napoli coach, an old De Laurentiis obsession is back in fashion
While the team is projected towards these last six Serie A matches which will lead to the end of the season, De Laurentiis has already started planning for next season. Manna it was the first blow for the management, with other possible additions in the coming weeks. The most important choice to be made, however, will be on the next coach, with the Napoli president continuing to insist on bringing Antonio Conte to the blue team. The Salento coach will dissolve his reservations about the next club in the coming weeks, but in the meantime other names are appearing on the bench at Napoli. In fact Valter De Maggio to the microphones of Goal Radio on Radio Kiss Kiss Naples, announced the return to fashion of an old De Laurentiis dot for the Italian bench:
“Antonio Conte remains Aurelio De Laurentiis’ first choice. It is the moment of maximum secrecy. There is a negotiation underway, it is clear that a shrewd entrepreneur like De Laurentiis is trying to accelerate. In the meantime, he is keeping an eye on the waltz of the benches in Serie A, with Milan’s situation with Pioli being monitored. If Thiago Motta were to go to Juve it would mean Allegri free, Allegri having worked for a long time with Manna. We need to understand Gasperini’s future with Atalanta, Juric’s in Turin. Italian will also be free. If Conte doesn’t succeed, De Laurentiis won’t be caught unprepared as happened last year.”
The Director of Radio Kiss Kiss Naples and journalist of Italian faith also adds to the cauldron of coaches kept under an eye by De Laurentiis Massimiliano Allegri. The current Juventus coach had already been sought in the past by the Italian president, precisely in the summer of 2021.
