A flow of money coming from the three Italian charitable societies and passing through Turkish associations it was intended for 19 other Palestinians (outlawed for Tel Aviv) present at Gaza, Hebron, Ramallah and Bethlehem “belonging, controlled or in any case connected to Hamas”, not only for “knowingly contributing to the activity of the terrorist organization in the civil and military components”. In addition to assisting orphans, one of the purposes for which the donation money was used was also indirectly «provide support for the families of people involved in terrorist attacks or prisoners for terrorist crimesthus strengthening the intent of an indeterminate number of Hamas members to adhere to the group’s terrorist strategy and criminal program, including by carrying out suicide attacks.”
