He would have raped, filming the sexual assault with his cell phone, one of his peers outside the nightclub where the two had met the same evening. This is the accusation that led to the arrest for sexual assault and very serious injury of a nineteen-year-old Italian with no criminal record, identified by investigators from the Pontedera (Pisa) police station, the city where the assault allegedly took place at the beginning of June.
The investigation began after the young victim went to hospital where she was hospitalized for several days: for the injuries he suffered he reported a prognosis of between 20 and 40 days. According to what the police explained, the victim tried to push the young man away, trying to escape, but the boy continued violently.
As it turns out, the two had met in a disco, and then went outside the premises where the sexual assault allegedly took place. The young man would also have filmed the different phases of the event with his mobile phoneThe police were able to identify her thanks to the nickname used on Instagram by the attacker and his description, both provided by the 19-year-old.
After several days of investigation, the alleged perpetrator of the sexual assault was tracked down and arrested pursuant to a custodial order issued by the investigating judge of Pisa at the request of the Pisa prosecutor’s office.
