A justice collaborator tells how San Giovanni Bosco was used by the Continis: a drug dealing place was even in operation inside the hospital.

The San Giovanni Bosco, in addition to being exploited for all kinds of scams, to manipulate the provision of health services and as a warehouse from which to obtain free hospital goods and products, also served as a cover for a drug dealing center of the Contini clan, and among the customers who bought cocaine there were also doctors and nurses. Extremely delicate story, which was told by a justice collaborator of the San Giovanniello gang; the statements, for which there is currently no investigative confirmation, are those of Teodoro De Rosa, dated 12 October 2020. This morning the police blitz began: 11 arrests in the “Eduardo ‘o Romano” clan.
The clan’s control over San Giovanni Bosco
The statements of the repentant, he himself says, refer to “last period in which we were still present at the hospital“, therefore presumably before 2019, the year in which there was the previous maxiblitz against the gang.
The rules of the clan, he explains, required that there were no drug dealing squares within the Rione Amicizia, an area historically controlled by the Contini, but things changed when Ettore Bosti, son of Patrizio Bosti “‘o Patrizio”, came to the top.

First, says De Rosa, “the clan’s drug dealers used the hospital to make sales, they sent the buyers inside the hospital“. Subsequently the drug dealing square was moved directly inside the San Giovanni Bosco; “only cocaine was sold“, he adds, “some doctors and nurses use this substance“.
