And the Albanian prime minister, who had blamed Italy for the alleged delays, today says that the two CPRs to be opened in Gadjer and Shengjn “are not Guantanamo”. Finally there is the private ship to transfer migrants from the Mediterranean to Albania. Four trips a month for 800 migrants in total will cause the Italian state to spend another 13.5 million. But for only three months. If you multiply this figure by the three-year duration of the agreement, the total costs reach the billion mark.
