A two-year-old girl was injured and is located hospitalized with reserved prognosis. A dog attacked her, biting her on the head and various parts of her body. The events date back to yesterday afternoon, Saturday 27 April, and occurred in the municipality of New Source, in the province of Rome. The Carabinieri of the Mentana station are investigating the matter, who reconstructed what happened and informed the Judicial Authority. It is not the first time that incidents of this type of attack by dogs have occurred, just to name a few, the thirteen-month-old child who died in Eboli, killed by pit bulls; the thirty-nine year old mauled by three rottweilers in the Manziana woods and the two year old girl and her grandmother attacked by two dogs in Anguillara Sabazia.
The little girl was playing in the garden
According to what we have learned so far, the little girl was there at the time of the events that led to the injury at friend’s homewhere he was a guest together with his family.
