Descriptive text here

Thanks to the bad weather, with the sharp drop in temperatures, some municipalities have given their approval to turn the radiators back on. In Milan, outside the permitted switch-on period and without any further provision from the authorities, the heating systems can be activated by the manager only in the presence of adverse climatic situations and in any case, for a daily duration not exceeding half of that allowed ordinarily. (i.e. 7 hours). In Bologna the optional switching on of heating systems has been authorized until April 26th included. Lighting is permitted for a maximum of six hours per day and no higher than 19 degrees. In Parma the decision is extended until April 28th, authorizing its operation for a maximum limit of six and a half hours per day, in the time slot 5am-11pm. The ordinance has also been signed on the Riviera, by the Municipality of Rimini where until the 29th the radiators will be able to be turned back on in all categories of buildings, for a maximum of six and a half hours a day. Similar decision at the other end of the region, in Piacenza, until April 24th included for a maximum of seven hours a day. In Vicenza the ordinance provides for the relighting until May 1st, for a maximum duration of seven hours per day, between 5am and 11pm. The cold of these hours also causes the radiators to be turned back on in Turin. A note from Palazzo Civico recalls, in fact, that according to current legislation it is possible to switch on up to a maximum of 7 hours a day, between 5am and 11pm, in derogation. The obligation is not to exceed 19 degrees for private buildings and 18 for industrial and similar buildings. The Piedmontese municipality has also ordered, starting tomorrow, the re-ignition of the heating systems for all schools.
