«Tim Summer Hits»: Venditti opens with «Night before exams». Then Annalisa and Tananai, Geolier, Ermal Meta

Antonello Venditti kicked off the musical event in Piazza del Popolo. Tuesday 11 June, the first evening of the third edition of the “Tim Summer Hits”, which saw live performances by many national music stars, much loved by young people and beyond. At 9.00 pm, the Roman singer-songwriter on the white piano opens the evening with the song “Notte prima degli exami”, sung by the entire square packed with people. Following, Emma with his hit, “Femme fatale” and then with JVLI and Olly for a live preview of the new song, which will be released on Friday 14th, “Ho desire di te”. Then it’s up to Annalisa And Tananai who propose their new single “Storie brevi”, destined to be a hit this summer. Annalisa then sings “Sincerely” alone on stage. Then arrive, The Kolors who propose, “Karma” and a mashup of “A boy, a girl” and “Italodisco”. Screams and cell phones in the air when Geolier arrives on stage, closing his performance with the Sanremo song, “I p’ me, tu p’ te”. And then Gianna Nannini, Mahmood, Arisa, il Tre, Gazzelle, Dargen D’Amico, Ermal Meta, Petit, Rhove, for a beautiful evening of Italian music presented by Carlo Conti and Andrea Delogu. The “Tim Summer Hits” will continue for another three evenings, until Friday 14th with many other big names in our music. The four evenings will be broadcast in prime time on Rai 1 and simultaneously on Rai Radio 2, starting from Friday 28 June. (Max Pucciariello)
