We met so many times: TV studios, concerts, dressing rooms and every time we hugged each other and laughed about the good old days. If that’s really what you thought, why didn’t you ever tell me during one of these occasions? I would have reassured you, I would have apologized and I would have thanked you again, as always and without problem.” These are the words of Tiziano Ferro, who chose Instagram to vent his thoughts.

Mara Maionchi’s accusations
The dig at Tiziano Ferro came during the last episode of “Belve”, when the presenter Francesca Fagnani asked the record producer if anyone “didn’t understand that meeting her was lucky”. A question to which Maionchi initially tried to respond diplomatically: “I wouldn’t want to mention names so as not to be rude, but someone didn’t understand it.” But Fagnani insisted: “Don’t become diplomatic all at once for the first time tonight.” And so Mara Maionchi spilled the beans, mentioning the name of the Latina singer: «In my opinion, Tiziano Ferro didn’t really understand it. Because he didn’t think that both my husband and I helped him to be what in the end he partly is. But it’s not important, you don’t have to be grateful.”
The “discovery” of Tiziano Ferro
In an old interview, the former X Factor judge said he discovered Tiziano Ferro when he was only 18 years old, closing doors in his face more than once before giving him the opportunity that allowed him to take flight: playing his songs to me and constantly being told “no, this sucks, this isn’t good”, twice a week.
