We are at the dawn of a new week and, like every Monday, here we are ready to dig for you in the catalog Netflix to identify some titles that could keep you company during the next evenings at home, whether it’s a recovery or yet another rewatch of the most classic of comfort movies.
Among the new features to keep an eye on there is certainly Trigger Warningwhich immediately took first place in Netflix’s weekly top 10: the plot follows the story of a war veteran, played by Jessica Alba, who after inheriting her grandfather’s bar finds herself discovering a difficult truth about the death of her man (here, to find out more, find our review of Trigger Warning).
Let’s move on to Big Weddingclassic American comedy about broken-down couples, marriages at risk, betrayals, misunderstandings and exceptional cast: specifically, here we find names such as Robert De Niro, Susan Sarandon, Diane Keaton, Robin Williams, Katherine Heigl and Amanda Seyfried involved in a story which sees the groom’s parents forced to pretend to still be together to please their ultra-conservative in-laws.
Finally, we cannot ignore Another Ferragostosequel also signed by Paolo Virzì of the iconic Ferie d’Agosto dated 1996: the protagonists are the same as then with a few new entries and the story is that of an invitation by Altiero, son of Sandro, to his father’s friends to spend one last summer with the man now at the end of his life.
