A few days after the publication of the new Deadpool & Wolverine trailer, it can be found online an unreleased official image of Dogpool.

In November 2023, Ryan Reynolds himself confirmed the presence of Dogpool in Deadpool & Wolverine, one of the variations of Deadpool that already appeared in the comics. Originally from Earth-103173, Dogpool has a very particular history. The dog was owned by Mascara X and was the subject of numerous tests. Disfigured, he was abandoned in a dumpster. In reality, Dogpool had acquired the power to heal from any wound, a fact ignored by his former owners. Before being recruited as a member of the Deadpool Corps, Dogpool was saved by a circus truck. As we said initially, Dogpool has appeared in numerous comics: particularly noteworthy, in this sense, is the miniseries Deadpool Kills.

In the new image – which we leave at the bottom of the article – we see Dogpool running in a meadow. In the past few hours, a further promotional image has also been released online, which once again portrays the cute little dog to whom (we remember) a specific Instagram account has even been dedicated. Precisely on this account, the first image of Dogpool next to Wade Wilson was shared last December. We remind you that Deadpool & Wolverine will be released in Italian cinemas on 24 July 2024: only then will we have a clearer idea of Dogpool’s role within the story. The film, directed by Shawn Levy, was written by Shawn Levy, Ryan Reynolds, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick and Zeb Wells.

On FAST It is one of today’s best sellers.
