The third and final chapter of the American director’s slasher trilogy, the one that began with X: A Sexy Horror Story and continued with Pearl, is scheduled for release in American theaters on July 5th. And A24 has announced when we will see the first official trailer.
The first official trailer will make its online debut on Monday 8 April MaXXXinethe horror film directed by Ti West and played by Mia Goth which concludes the slasher trilogy begun with X – A Sexy Horror Story and continued with the prequel Pearl. This was announced by a tweet from A24, the now very famous American production and distribution company that has put its mark on the entire trilogy. We show it to you below:
MaXXXine is scheduled to be released in American theaters on July 5th and stars the character played by Mia Goth who we met in the first film of the trilogy, set in 1979, when he and some friends went to a farm in Texas to shoot amateur porn. Pearl had told the origin story of the eponymous villain of that first chapter, while in this new film we will follow Maxine’s adventures in the neon Los Angeles of the early 1980s, where she tries to make her way into the world of professional porn.
