The Bell Ringing of the Lions Club Civitavecchia Porto Traiano took place at the Hotel San Giorgio, excellently conducted by the Club Master of Ceremonies Benedetto Marasà; this event was necessary for the renewal of the Club’s positions for the Lions Year 2024/2025.

Outgoing President of the Lions Club Bracciano Anguillara Sabazia Monti Sabatini Walter Zambelli accompanied by Paola Nocchi; Incoming President of the Lions Club Bracciano Anguillara Sabazia Monti Sabatini Adelio Dal Mas accompanied by Patrizia Bellesi; President of the Lions Club Montefiascone Falisco Vulsineo Marco Trevi; President of the FIDAPA BPW Italy Civitavecchia Section Laura Gurrado.
The opening performance included the national anthems of Canada, in honor of the International President, the European Union and Italy, and the Lions Code of Ethics was read. Lioness Sesta Cherubini, on behalf of the Lionesses of Clubs, presented Pietro Messina, President of the Il Ponte Association, with a contribution for the “Le Coccinelle” project, in favor of single mothers in need.
Following, greetings from the Mayor of Civitavecchia Marco Piendibene who hoped for collaboration with the Lions Club Civitavecchia Porto Traiano. The outgoing President Sara Fresi thanked all the Club Members for the important results achieved, remembered the deceased member Anna Maria Meoli and the realization of 52 service activities in favor of our Community, with a spirit of friendship and solidarity that distinguish the actions of the Lions. The President of Zone 4A Primula Ferranti thanked all the Clubs of the Zone for the effective collaboration and for the quality of the Services carried out during the Lions year.
President Fresi then handed over the pin to incoming President Gianfranco Ciatti, who announced the service activities in anticipation of the next Lions year, thanking the members in advance for their future cooperation.
