People on the street, horns honking non-stop, even pepper spray – stinging – and above all blind fights. The violent fight took place on Monday afternoon in the center of Terni, between via della Biblioteca and via Beccaria. One person was reportedly slightly injured by the blows received, with bare hands, including scratches and bruises. And she was rescued by 118 operators and subsequently transported to the hospital. On site, the agents of the Terni Local Police – responsible for the investigation – and the Flying Squad of the city police headquarters. The incident attracted the attention of numerous passers-by and now the investigations aim – following a complaint – to trace the protagonists of the attack/fight that involved several people, just under ten, most of them of South American origin. It is up to the police to reconstruct the incident and the related dynamics, which seem to be connected to personal disagreements in the context of prostitution in the city. It appears that no cutting weapons were used – we learn – but for several minutes, in the center, the tension was palpable. And the scene was anything but edifying.
