The first stage of the Roadshow organized by the Poli Piemonte System, a cycle of three events dedicated to promoting innovation and collaboration between companies, took place on Thursday 27 June at the Spazio Varco in Cuneo.

The Agrifood Hub was among the promoters of the event: Dario Vallauri, deputy director of Miac and head of the Agrifood Hub, coordinated one of the six discussion tables dedicated to the agri-food sector. The discussion was animated around issues related to innovation and digitalization of the food sector, with the aim of stimulating the sharing of ideas and promoting new partnerships between agri-food companies in sectors covered by the Poli system.

The food table saw the participation of a wide range of players in the Piedmontese panorama, such as food and beverage producers, innovative startups, companies supplying systems, digital and technological solutions for agri-food and representatives of the academic world. In addition to the agri-food table, the Poli System animated discussion tables on other key sectors of the Piedmontese economy.

The meeting saw a proactive participation by local companies, who were able to seize the opportunity to interact by sharing needs and proposed solutions. “We are satisfied with the success of the first stage of the Innovation Roadshow here in Cuneo. It was a pleasure to see such high participation, demonstrating enthusiasm and interest in innovation through cooperation and knowledge exchange – says Dario Vallauri –. The event provided a unique opportunity for local businesses to connect with experts and innovators, fostering the creation of new synergies that are essential for the development of our economic ecosystem”.

The Roadshow represents a piece of the strategy with which the Poli System intends to promote support services to regional SMEs. In this context, the Agrifood Hub makes its skills available with a view to operational support for the development of businesses in the agrifood sector.
