Detention of narcotics for the purpose of dealing and art. 216, 219 rd 267/1942 bankruptcy law
During the morning of yesterday, June 30, in Latina, the Carabinieri, after days of stalking, arrested a 44-year-old, resident in Latina and domiciled in Torre Annunziata (Naples).
The arrest was made in execution of the provision issued by the Criminal Enforcement Office of the Court of Latina, for the violation of the crimes of possession for the purpose of dealing in narcotics and bankruptcy law, committed in Torre Annunziata, in the years 2017, 2018 and 2019.
In the same context, the military forces also arrested his partner, a 54-year-old woman, resident in Torre Annunziata (LT) and domiciled in Latina, inside the 44-year-old’s home, in execution of the provision issued by the the criminal enforcement office of the Court of Appeal of Naples for the same crimes.
The arrested men, after completing the formal procedures, were respectively transferred to the Latina prison to serve the sentence of 6 years and 6 months of imprisonment for him, while the woman was transferred to the Rome Rebibbia prison, where she will serve the remaining sentence of 5 years and 8 months of imprisonment.
