The winners of the special prizes of the 95th edition of the Viareggio-Rèpaci literary prize have been announced: the jury awarded the International Prize “Viareggio-Versilia” to Anita Likmeta, the Journalism Prize to Giovanna Reanda, while the First Work Prize was won by Alice Valeria Oliveri. Anita Likmeta is an entrepreneur born in Durazzo, Albania, during the communist regime of Enver Hoxha, now naturalized Italian. In 2024 she published her first novel “Le favole del comunismo”, Marsilio Editori. Giovanna Reanda has been the new director of Radio Radicale since this year. Roman, in 1990 she started in the archive of the broadcaster founded by Marco Pannella, where after a few months she moved to the editorial staff and held the role of deputy editor-in-chief before her appointment. She was a parliamentary correspondent and member of the Board of Directors of Asp and Stampa Romana. Alice Valeria Oliveri is a journalist and author from Catania: since 2014 she has been dealing with television, cinema, music and new media, collaborating with various magazines: “Esquire”, “Link – idee per la tv”, “The Vision» and “Domani”. Since 2019 she has been an analyst on the Rai3 program “Tv Talk” and since 2022 she has been the author and host of the podcast “Il declino breve”. For Einaudi she published “Mondovisione. Atlante della tv contemporanea” (2024).
