The hot days encourage you to look for fresh air and above all a refreshing dip in the pool. The swimming facilities in the area are a favorite destination, in these torrid days, for those who cannot leave the city for other shores. At the Clt in via Muratori the swimming pool is open every day from 10am to 7pm and prices vary from 10 euros for adults to 6.50 for children aged 3 to 12 and after 3pm they are 7.50 and 6.50 euros from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, however, 11 euros for adults and 8 for children, which drops from 3pm to 7am and 6.50 euros. Prices have increased by 50 cents compared to last year. Among the activities that can be carried out are aqua gym, hydrobike, treadmill and swimming courses for children and adults.
Tonic in Via del Centenario is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7am, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9am to 10pm, and on Sunday from 10am to 8pm. The daily entrance to the park and swimming pool is 12 euros, 8 euros after 3 pm. Same prices as last year. The activities that can be done are free swimming and water aerobics in the pool, then there are activities for children with the swimming school and the campuses.
At Chico Mendes in Maratta Bassa, admission costs 11 euros on holidays and 9.50 on weekdays. The beach is open every day from 10 am to 7 pm, while the four swimming pools are open from 10 am to 6.45 pm. The Piediluco swimming pool is open from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm. The ticket price is 8 euros from Monday to Friday, from 2 pm it is 6 euros, while on Saturday and Sunday it is 9 euros and from 3 pm it is 7 euros. Prices are the same as last year. No activities are planned. The Morica spring, better known as the Gole del Nera, is accessible only by reservation. The ticket – free for residents of the Municipality of Narni, property owners in the village of Stifone and the disabled – is 5 euros. From 6 July, a shuttle service will be available from the Narni-Amelia train station. The municipal swimming pool of Amelia will open on July 4th. The city has been without an outdoor swimming pool for at least fifteen years. Then there are the Terme di Ramici in Lugnano in Teverina, a short distance from the Oasis of Alviano, very suggestive from a natural point of view.
