An unusual event marked the afternoon of Sunday 30 June at Foligno station. A Mercedes A 180 D car, for reasons still under investigation verification by the police, ended its run against the station’s glass window, shattering it completely.
The driver of the vehicle, a woman, was the involuntary protagonist of this accident which left the surrounding area marked off by red and white firefighter tape. Perhaps an incorrect maneuver was the cause of yesterday afternoon’s accident. The latter promptly intervened on the scene of the accident immediately after the crash, ensuring the safety of the area and passers-by.
