TERAMO. The first meeting of the coordination cabin for monitoring and supporting the implementation of Pnrr interventions in the province took place yesterday morning in the Government Palace. At the table, chaired by the prefect Fabrizio Stelo, representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Territorial School Office of Teramo and the municipalities of the province participated. «During the meeting», we read in a note from the prefecture, «the data from the latest monitoring of the Ministry of Economy and Finance were analysed, according to which the province of Teramo has benefited significantly from the Pnrr funds with significant impact on the economic-social fabric of the area. The number of active projects is high (1,763) and the overall amount of resources invested is considerable (around 700 million euros). The response of the territory of the province which is working towards the realization of the financed projects is significant and the state of progress of the same is good, as confirmed by the Mef”.
In the meeting, the prefecture notes, “the usefulness of periodic reports by the implementing bodies emerged, regarding the progress of the projects under their jurisdiction, from which any deviation from the pre-established timetable can emerge in the most timely manner and the importance of the periodic inter-institutional comparison, offered by the cabin, necessary to facilitate coordination/dialogue between administrations in charge of the interventions and implementing bodies in order to overcome the critical issues submitted. Finally, the Municipalities, recognizing the support offered by the Prefecture through the monitoring of the Regis platform, illustrated the progress of various projects”.
Prefect Stelo, in thanking all those who attended, reiterated the full support offered by the Prefecture which, he said, «will have the role of a link between local authorities (implementing entities) and administrations in charge of the interventions. The aim is to guarantee the full implementation of the projects, which embrace various areas such as ecological transition, school, social inclusion, health, business and work, infrastructure, digitalisation, culture, tourism, and the overcoming of the critical issues submitted to the coordination cabin” .(red.te)
